THE 1ST INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIAD ON ASTRONOMY AND ASTROPHYSICS Chiang Mai, Thailand, Nov. 30 - Dec. 9, 2007 The Promotion of Academic Olympiad and Development of Science Education Foundation (POSN) was founded in 1999 under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana Krom Luang Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra, the elder sister of His Majesty King Bhumibol.
